2025-2027 Hosts

We are pleased to announce the 2025-2027 Kuehn Fellowship hosts.  They are Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC), Just A Start, the Planning Office for Urban Affairs (POUA), and Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH).

Hosts are Boston-area organizations working in affordable housing and are chosen at the outset of the process.  Our Kuehn Fellowship runs on a two-year cycle.  The 2027 Host application cycle will open in October 2026.
